Our drop in sessions are offered at a range of places between Haywards Heath and Eastbourne. You can find locations, dates and times of these on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Give us a follow to stay up to date!
Yes we do, details of this will be always be transparently shown on the social media posts.
You can, however we do recommend booking. If you arrive at one of our sessions and haven't booked ahead, we can't guarantee spaces will be available. If we do have spaces, you are of course welcome.
Our drop in sessions last for 2 hours, which is plenty of time to wear your train loving little one out!
Yes, absolutely! We kindly ask that you be mindful of allergies, and don't share your food, and also make sure all rubbish is put in the bins or taken with you.
We are based in Sussex, and mainly cover East and West Sussex, some of Surrey and Kent.
After we recieve your enquiry and we've answered any questions you may have, we require you to complete our booking form and pay a £25 non refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance for the party will be due 4 weeks before the date, around the time we will send a gentle reminder as we know life can get crazy! A few days before the party to make sure everything is on track and confirm numbers. Around this time we will take the damages deposit (this will be returned to you after the party all being well).
On the day of the party we will arrive an hour before the party starts to set everything up, making things as easy as possible for you. Once everything is set, we will leave you to have a train-tastic time. At the end of the party we will arrive back with you to take everything down and leave you to enjoy the rest of your day.

All party and bookings in advance payments are taken via bank transfer. If you arrive at one of our drop ins and we have spaces available, then we can take card and cash at the door.
Our services are designed with toddlers and young children in mind, typically aged 1-6. For those attending drop in sessions with babies, there will be a non-walker station designed for the tiny tot's; these typically won't be supplied for parties for older children unless requested.
