party Terms and Conditions

  • Venue hire will be your responsibility

  • Food will not be included

  • A £25 holding deposit will be required to secure your chosen date

  • The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the party date

  • After we have recieved your booking form, if your holding deposit is not paid within 3 days of the submitted form the booking will be released. 

  • Parties will be set up only, if you require a host to remain this will be charged at an additional £40 

  • Cancellation within 4 weeks of the party date will be non-refundable however the date can be moved to another available date free of charge

  • Cancellation before 4 weeks of the party date will be refunded in full

  • In the unlikely event that Teddy's Entertrainment Station has to cancel, a full refund will be given.

  • Items can be added/ changed up to 4 weeks before the party date

  • A £75 damages deposit will be required on the day of the party and will be returned immediately after the party if all equipment remains in the same condition as it was left

  • Any costs for damages caused to equipment will be taken out of the damages deposit.

  • An itinerary of items/condition of items will be discussed during setup of equipment and signed by yourself/ us.

  • The same itinerary will be reviewed on collection to ensure all equipment is present and in the same condition as it was left.

  • Teddy's Entertrainment Station are fully insured but the responsibility and safety of all children remains with the parents hosting the party.

  • The Entertrainment Station do not take any responsibility for any injuries that occur for the duration of the party and are not responsible for providing first aid.
